Abstract
PURPOSE:To adjust the installation position of a strut against a body easily and minutely by providing a mechanism by which the installation position of the strut is adjusted in the longitudinal direction of a connecting member on the connecting member whose both ends are attached to the body and the strut. CONSTITUTION:A strut mount is composed of a torsion member 4 installed on a body horizontally and a slide rod 6 arranged on a pair of arm 5 fixed on both ends of the torsion member 4 and a hydraulic cylinder (connecting member) 9 by which the slide rod 6 is displaced. By displaying the slide rod 6 along the arms 5 by the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder 9, the connecting point of the upper end of the strut against the arms 5 is displaced and the installation position of the strut against the body is displaced. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder 9 is controlled in accordance with the operation of a manual adjustor 27 by a CPU 25 through a variable orifice 24.
