CONSTITUTION:The two mutually synchronized composite video signals A, B are inputted to A/D converting circuits 1-1, 1-2 and respectively converted to a digital signal. The signals A, B converted to the digital signal set a detailed phase to a chrominance sub-carrier phase level between the A, B channels by an automatic phase modifying circuit 3. The signals A, B in which the phase is set are supplied to a delay circuit 4 and a switching circuit 5 to execute an offset sample between fields to the signals A, B and further alternately switch the signals A, B for every field and have one multiplex signal.
