As easily decomposed functional group, oxime residue, phosphonic acid ester residue, phosphinic acid ester residue, etc., are exemplified and as the functional group difficultly eluting heavy metal, aminophosphoric acid residue, etc., are exemplified. As polyaminopolycarboxylic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, etc., are exemplified and as its salt, alkali metal salt, alkali earth metal salt, ammonium salt, amine salt, etc., are exemplified.
