Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy of positioning and the size and to simplify the manufacture by pressing in outer connection terminal pieces which have been bending-pressed in the manufacturing process to a base which has been formed in a base molding process, and then providing a pressing-in and cutting process to cut off the frame of the first hoop member. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing process, not only the extruding process of outer connection terminal pieces 15 to 22 and the like to the first hoop member 10 is carried out, but also contacts 23 to 26 are welded to connect, movable spring pieces 31 to 34 are welded, and after that, the frame of the second hoop member 30 is cut off and the terminal pieces 15 to 22 are bending-processed. And a base 48 of the contact block is molded in the base molding process. Then, the base 48 is pressed in to the outer connection terminal pieces 15 to 22 in a pressing-in process, and the frame of the first hoop member 10 is cut off. In such a way, the positioning of outer connection terminals 50 to 57 and movable springs can be carried out highly accurately by line-positioning the hoop members 10 and 30. Moreover, the base 48 is processed in a separate processing, and only the pressing-in process is necessary, making the assembling simpler.
