Abstract
PURPOSE:To conduct heating of pump ducts efficiently and prevent generation of a local thermal stress by providing one end of space between stator coils and said pump ducts with vanes composed of a shape memory alloy and by transforming said vanes at a temperature higher than a given temperature. CONSTITUTION:One end of space 9 between stator coils 2 and pump ducts 3 is fitted with a plurality of vanes 101a composed of a shape memory alloy. At ordinary times, said vanes 101a block said 9 between the stator coils 2 and pump ducts 3. When the temperature reaches a given value which has been set while allowing a little for the heat-resisting temperature of the stator coil 2, the vanes 101a are transformed to open said space 9.
