PURPOSE:To easily execute loading/unloading action without making a photosensitive drum collide with a developing roller or rubbing both of them by automatically execut ing separation action between both image carriers and positioning and supporting at least one movable carrier in interlocking with the opening and closing actions of an upper main body. CONSTITUTION:A supporting body 31 having a U-groove 31a whose upper surface can be fitted with the axis of a photosensitive drum is fixed on a position correspond ing to the shaft of the photosensitive drum positioned on the A side of the upper main body and at the time of closing the upper main body A, the shaft 5a of the drum is fitted in the U-groove formed supporting body 31 equipped on the B side of a lower main body and it can be positioned on a specified position with cooperative action with the energizing force of a coil spring 15.
