Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a vapor producer which is easy to use and has a good durability by providing a first vapor passage where vapor produced in a boiler is discharged through an interruption apparatus, and a second vapor passage which is arranged to communicate with the boiler and which is opened at its end, located below a water level in a water supply apparatus, and controlling power supply to a main heater of the boiler with a temperature adjuster provided on a water supply apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A boiler 34 includes a main heater 35 on the bottom, and a vapor passage 37 on an upper surface of a boiler 34 is branched to a first vapor passage 39 provided on an opening outside an apparatus through an interruption apparatus 38 and a second vapor passage 41 which is opened at an end thereof located downward a predetermined water level in a water supply apparatus 40 and located in an auxiliary tank 29. Vapor in the boiler 34 is discharged to the outside of the apparatus when the interruption apparatus 38 provided on the first vapor passage 39 is opened while vapor is discharged into water in the auxiliary tank 29 when the vapor is not required. When water temperature in the auxiliary tank 29 is raised and exceeds set temperature of a temperature adjuster 42, the temperature adjuster 42 is actuated to interrupt power supply to the main heater 35.
