Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a constant generated-output by providing a wind power generating means at a forced ventilation spot and constituting the wind power generating means in such a manner that it is driven by the wind that flows from the forced ventilation spot. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 1 is escavated, an exhauster that is provided at the lower part of a tunnel 1b is constantly driven, while the air in the shaft 1 is forcibly discharged from a tunnel 1a via the tunnel 1b. As a result, the forcibly exhausted wind 2 having a uniform flow-velocity is constantly blown upward from the tunnel 1a via the tunnel 1b. Then, owing to the forcibly exhausted wind 2, a propeller 3b of a wind power generating means 3b constantly rotates at a definite revolving speed in the direction of A or B, together with a supporting shaft 3a. As a result, a generator 3e, which is connected to the supporting shaft 3a, also rotates at this definite revolving speed, thereby producing a certain amount of electricity that is proportional to this revolving speed.
