Abstract

The wind-driven machine consists of a horizontal driving rotor mounted on a shaft with ball bearings at each end. The rotor is provided with blades, the numer varying according to the power output required. A second rotor is mounted on a separate bearing on the main shaft such that it can rotate independently of the first rotor. The rotation of this second rotor create a supplementary flow of air to the first rotor. The whole assembly is mounted on a pivot and rollers so that it faces into the wind. The machine is intended for generating electricity for charging car batteries or for providing lighting for houses or even driving ships.
