Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain fine oxide powder having high dispersibility and to form an electrically conductive transparent film having low resistance by coating with the powder, by spraying and thermally decomposing a mixed soln. contg. indium and tin salts at a prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:A mixed salt soln. consisting of indium and tin salts and water and/or an org. solvent is prepd. The soln. is sprayed and thermally decomposed at >=800 deg.C to obtain fine indium oxide-tin oxide powder having high dispersibility. An electrically conductive transparent film having low resistance and superior transparency is formed by coating with the fine oxide powder.
