Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in the transmission quality due to selective fading by sending a spread spectrum signal whose frequency is used in common to that of a radio channel from a base station. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave sent from a base station 40 is received by a slave station 30 and the received high frequency signal is given to an SS demodulator 3 via a multicoupler 2 and given to a synthesizer 4. The high frequency signal given to the demodulator 3 becomes the demodulation signal subject to spread spectrum, which is input to a multi-path equalizer 5. The high frequency signal input to the synthesizer 4 is converted into an IF signal by a synthesizer 6. The demodulation signal of the component subject to spread spectrum and the IF signal are equalized by the multi-oath equalizer and the equalized IF signal is input to a demodulator 10. The demodulated signal is an output signal not affected by the selective fading.
