Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid trouble caused by every moving for car radios and the like, by automatically selecting other stations when the reception state of a selected station is deteriorated, and receiving the previous station gain when the reception state is restored. CONSTITUTION:If the reception state of a broadcast station A selected and received is deteriorated, an automatic channel selector is operated to receive a broadcast station B with good reception state. During the reception of the broadcast station B, a receiver receives the broadcast station A periodically. If the reception state of the broadcast station A is restored, the broadcast station A is again received. The change in the reception frequency is made by replacing the tuning data of a reception station data area 91. If a station with bad reception state is received, a muting circuit 6 is operated to avoid noise from being outputted.
