Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the circuit operation stable by using a substrate potential of a P-channel MOS transistor(TR) as a power supply voltage and connecting a capacitor between a drain or source of the TR and a ground or negative power voltage terminal so as to prevent malfunction caused by the turning off of an internal TR due to a level of the initial setting value over a long period. CONSTITUTION:An initial setting circuit 14 is connected to an RS type FF via an OR circuit 13. A set terminal 3, a reset terminal 4, an output terminal 5 and an inverting output terminal 6 of the RS-FF are provided to RS-FFs 1, 2. Moreover, an input terminal 10 for a signal to reset the initial setting is connected to the initial value setting circuit 14, a P-channel MOS TR 14a is connected between a terminal 10 of the initial value setting circuit 14 and its output terminal 11 and a capacitor 14b is connected between the output terminal 11 and a ground terminal. Then the malfunction caused by a level of the input terminal 10 to turn off the TR 14a for a long period is prevented.
