Abstract
PURPOSE:To drastically shorten a working process and to improve the quality of a joining part as well by welding the end part of each frame stock having 45 deg. cutting butt face including the specified part of the outer peripheral part of the orthogonal joining apex part formed by abutting. CONSTITUTION:A 45 deg. butt face is formed by cutting at the end part of each frame stock 3, 4. The outer peripheral part of the orthogonal joining apex part formed by abutting each other these cutting butt faces A-G is joined by welding. At this time the two layer sides of lip sides 3a, 3i and groove bottom sides 3c, 3g, 3e are composed so as to include in the joining part. With the composition like this, the process is simplified and the quality of the joining part is improved.
