検知信号によつてその出力を出力範囲の一端に固
定し、前記一次元受光部に反射光が与えられず前
記近距離検出手段から検知信号が得られないとき
にはその出力を出力範囲の他端に固定することに
より物体の位置に対して単調に変化する出力を得
る信号処理部と、を具備することを特徴とする光
