るとともに、該被検知物体が光軸方向に移動した

ードにて形成された受光素子で受光し、判定制御
手段にて上記受光素子出力に基づいて物体の有無
を判定して出力回路を制御するようにした三角測
量方式の光電スイツチにおいて、投光素子と、受
光素子および信号処理手段を一体化した集積回路
と、投光レンズおよび受光レンズを一体化したレ
ンズブロツクとを同一回路基板に直接配設したこ
