Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate a distortion measurement error due to temperature effect by measuring influenced data due to temperature without any distortion, inputting the data to a data storage, and measuring the proper distortion value of a target at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: Two sets of lead wires A and B are connected to a strain gauge 1, one set functions as a thermocouple and a set of lead wires for measuring an electrical value due to the distortion of the strain gauge 1 are provided as the other set. The other edge portion of the lead wires is connected to a measuring device 4 including a voltmeter 5, a voltage supply source 6, and a data storage. Then, influenced data due to temperature are measured without distortion and are inputted to the data storage and the value of proper distortion of a target is measured at a high temperature.
