Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the title board to omit manhours and time to be spent for curing, by a method wherein after a synthetic fiber has been mixed up with a ligneous fiber and a soft adhesive has been sprayed/applied uniformly to the fibers each, those of which are formed into a mat and hotpressed at a predetermined temperature and pressure. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic fiber such as vinylon, polyester, polyethylene or polypropylene, etc., comprised of by applying a coating of a similar resin melting at a comparatively low temperature (80-150 deg.C) on the surface of a conventional ligneous fiber is mixed up with a conventional ligneous fiber at a 20-30% weight ratio by making use of a high speed air flow. Then, the mixture is sprayed/applied uniformly to a fiber into which an adhesive such as acrylic resins, epoxy resins or latex is modified so that a stuck point retains its softness even after cure has been mixed. Then, a molded sheet of a desired thickness is obtained by a method wherein the mixed fiber is formed into a mat with a drying method, which carriers out hotpressing for 5-15sec per molded thickness of 1m/m under pressure of 5-15kg/cm<2> by making use of a teflon coated hot platen heated at 150-200 deg.C.
