Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform nozzle opening operation and a dispensing operation simultaneously only by pressing a lever to simplify a dispensing operation, by providing wall mountable dispenser comprising a case for accommodating a container, a resilient container for accommodating a material to be dispensed, a lever for opening and closing a nozzle at one end thereof and for squeezing the container at the other and a pipe for allowing a material to be dispensed to pass therethrough. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 5 is provided with a sliding portion 18 adapted to airtightly slide along the internal wall of a liquid passage 14 and a nozzle passage 8 designed to communicate with the inside of the container 2. The nozzle passage 8 is normally closed by a sealing member 13 and the communication between the nozzle passage 8 and the inside of the container 2 is thus cut off. In dispensing the contents of the container 2, firstly the lever 3 is pressed. The nozzle 5 is forced into the liquid passage 14 by the top end of the lever 3, thereby opening the nozzle passage 8, while the container 2 is squeezed by the bottom end thereof. Once the container 2 is squeezed, pressure is generated inside thereof, and the pressurized contents are dispensed via a pipe 4 and the nozzle passage 8. Afterwards, when it is released, the lever 3 is restored to its original state by the action of the restoring force of the container 2 or a compression spring 6. Substituting air is then supplied via the nozzle passage 8 to the inside of the container 2 where the pressure has been reduced while absorbing the material that has not been dispensed and remains along the length of the dispensing passages.
