Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of various parts and facilitate replacement thereof by incorporating such parts as boiler, furnace, feed water pipe, reducing check valve, etc., and making the reducing check valve, feed water pipe and pressure relief valve independently detachable. CONSTITUTION:Fitted to the unit are boiler 1, furnace, casing 3, feed water pipe 5, reducing check valve 6, feed water pipe 8 having a horizontal part 8a to a special Tee 10, hot water outlet 23, pressure relief valve 24, boiler protective valve and pressure-balancing water outlet 13 in the special Tee, heaters 17, 18 and thermostat for operation control thereof, water shielding cover 19 and water shielding plate 20. The reducing check valve 6, feed water pipe 8 and pressure relief valve 24 are made independently detachable. As a result, troubles such as abnormal temperature rise in the reducing check valve 6, hot water discharge from the pressure-balancing water outlet, freezing (prevented by drain water or furnace and heaters 17, 18), abnormal pressure rise in the boiler 1 due to the failure of the pressure relief valve 24, electrical leak due to water leakage from pipe connections can be prevented, and those parts can easily be replaced.
