Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve productivity of equipment and to reduce the cost of equipment by providing a reference positioning mechanism to regulate a valve tip feeding face height and arranging a clamping electrode and further, controlling the pressing force to perform welding. CONSTITUTION:A reference positioning device 20 is constituted of a cylinder 21 and a receiving tool 23 and provided to the welding machine main body 1 side. Further, the clamping electrode is formed of a movable side electrode 10 and a fixed side electrode 11 and the vicinity of the shaft tip part of the valve members is clamped thereby. The valve members descend by a shoot mechanism 14 and are lined up and supplied. The members are separated one by one by a selector and supported by the reference positioning device 20 and the height position is regulated by the receiving tool 23. Next, the valve members are held by the clamping electrode and the pressing force of a pressing mechanism 8 is controlled and these members are pressed and welded. Since the valve members with different dimensions can be processed by the same machine, the productivity of the equipment is improved and the cost of the equipment is reduced.
