Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a hose from being twisted during cleaning while keeping electric connection by providing a connection pipe and a handle pipe with conducting means for the hose respectively and forming slide contact points, which are always contacted so as to be freely slid, along the peripheral turning direction of the handle pipe. CONSTITUTION: Even when the position relation between a main body 21 of cleaner and a hose 31 changes during cleaning and a handle pipe 43 is displaced or turned in the direction to twist the hose 31, this handle pipe 43 is turned in respect to a connection pipe 42 fixed to a main body 32 of hose so that the main body 32 of hose cannot be twisted. Therefore, operability at the time of cleaning is extremely improved. In that case, at the connection part between a connection pipe 42 of the hose 31 and the handle pipe 43, a contact 65 in the form of leaf spring is brought into contact with a contact 67 in the form of circular loop along the peripheral turning direction of the handle pipe 43 and in spite of connection relation between the handle pipe 43 and the connection pie 42, the contact between the circular loop shaped contact 67 and the leaf spring shaped contact 65 is kept at all times. Therefore, the electric connection between the power source circuit of the main body 21 of cleaner and a motor 87 of a sucking port body 81 is continuously kept as well.
