Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce noise level and to preclude deterioration with the lapse of time by removing a slide part from the signal transmission line of the cable gathering machine and transmitting a signal between a rotary part and a fixed part without contacting. CONSTITUTION:A tensile force signal detected by a tensile force detecting device 5 is modulated by the modulating transmission part 91 of a rotor part 9 into a signal suitable for transmission and the signal is transmitted through its transmission coil 93; and a stator part 10 demodulates the signal received through its receiving coil 103 into the original signal, which is sent as a deviation signal to a control circuit. The signal transmission by the rotary part is performed without contacting. Consequently, the noise level is lowered and the deterioration of the rotary part with time is precluded.
