Abstract

PURPOSE:To need no air gap adjustment, by fitting magnetic steel sheets on the surfaces of armature winding sections formed integrally with resin, opposite to surfaces confronted with a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic flux generated from the poles N of a permanent magnet 2 is returned to the poles S of the permanent magnet 2 via an air gap between the permanent magnet 2 and an armature winding 1, the armature winding 1, and magnetic steel sheets 6. By fitting the magnetic steel sheets 6 on the surfaces of armature winding sections 1 formed integrally with resin, opposite to surfaces confronted with the permanent magnet 2, a load side bracket 3 and a counter load side bracket 7 are not required to be used for magnetic paths. Accordingly, an air gap between the armature winding sections and the counter load side bracket 7 is set in no relation to motor characteristic, and is easily adjusted.
