Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily detect an abnormal position by transferring a continuity test signal excluding the name of a sending station to a following station and detecting a normal response when a line control center receives the continuity test signal excluding the station name lastly. CONSTITUTION:The line control center 1 generates continuity test signals 21-23 and 31-33 indicating passing stations in a route to be tested which is set with a command by a continuity test signal sending task 5 and they are sent out; and passing time data and the names of the stations are reported to the line control center 1 by continuity test signal receiving tasks 61-63 provided to the respective stations in the route. Further, the names of the passing stations are removed from the continuity test signals 21-23 and 31-33 every time they pass through the passing stations and a line is extended; when the continuity test signal having no station name reaches the line control center 1 lastly, the normal response is outputted. Consequently, a continuity test of all routes is conducted by command specification and the abnormal position is easily detected from a message of the reception time and name of each station which is received even in case of an abnormal response.
