Abstract
PURPOSE:To replace a sample speedily with the centrifugal force of a rotary disk by making a sample to be inspected filmy by the rotary disk and bringing it into contact with a sensor part arranged at the periphery of the rotary disk. CONSTITUTION:The rotary disk 1 is rotated by a driving source 3 and a sensor 2 for measuring a specific component in a solution is installed at its peripheral edge. The solution 5 to be inspected is supplied onto the disk from a sample intake part 4 having an opening part nearby the center of the rotary disk 1. The disk 1 is rotated fast at >=100r.p.m., so the solution 5 forms a film on the disk and is diffused toward the periphery to reach the sensor 2. When the supply of the solution 5 is stopped, the solution film on the disk is scattered away from the disk immediately and the signal of the sensor recovers. Further, the kind of the solution is changed with time to replace the solution which reaches the sensor 2 speedily.
