Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in the flow rate control of a push out paint so that the paint is effectively utilized by changing a set mass flow rate from the mass flow rate of the paint to the mass flow rate of a cleaning liquid with the time when the cleaning liquid arrives at a mass flow meter as a boundary. CONSTITUTION:The mass flow rate of the paint detected by the mass flow meter 4 and the set mass flow rate of the paint stored in a control device 2 are relationally computed by the control device 2 and whether the paint flow rate is excessive or deficient is discriminated after the push out is started and before the time t1 elapses. The mass flow rate of the cleaning liquid detected by the mass flow meter 4 and the set mass flow rate of the cleaning liquid stored in the control device 2 are relationally computed by the control device 2 and whether the flow rate of the cleaning liquid is excessive or deficient and eventually whether the paint flow rate is excessive or deficient are discriminated after the lapse of the time t1.
