Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve working accuracy by storing moving variables corresponding to plural sampling sections each of which is calculated in each sampling time interval by a pulse distributing part, executing averaging processing and then outputting speed command pulses to a servo control part with delays corresponding to said plural sampling sections. CONSTITUTION:The pulse distributing part 8 finds out SVCalpha for setting up the moving variable of a servo control part 9 in each sampling time interval to a conventional value based on processing for conventionally calculating the moving variable in each sampling time interval in each axial direction from data transferred from a program analyzing part 7 and processing for setting up the moving variable in each sampling time interval in each specified axial direction to zero when analyzing processing is not executed, and outputs an averaged value SVCOalpha to a servo side. Even when a state being in time and a state being not in time of block analyzing processing are alternately generated, the variation of a speed can be reduced, so that even when a fine moving block is rapidly fed, a working face can be smoothed.
