CONSTITUTION:Vertical reinforcing bars 10 and horizontal bars 9 are assembled in a form of a unit, in advance, and the bars unit 4 are lifted down into a cylindrical part 2. The uniting work of reinforcing bars is performed utilizing a bar assembling tool 7 consisting of a vertical bar receiver jig 5 and a horizontal bar receiver bar 6. And an assembling work with the tool 7 is commenced from an assembling of horizontal bars 9 and then is performed for vertical bars. In this procedure, each of the horizontal bars 9 is hooked by a hook 8 and is laid so as to be supported by all of horizontal bar receiver jigs 6, and vertical bars penetrate at their upper ends through the bar receiver jig 5 with a predetermined horizontal intervals, and thereafter the upper ends are fastened by nuts 11 and are hung by the jig 5. Both reinforcing bars are not bound each other and have a certain room for free movement. Through this procedure, reinforcing bars can be placed in the cylindrical part 2 of the shield wall 1.
