CONSTITUTION:The desired paste coating amt. is stored in the CPU 1, and the paste coating time of a dispenser 6 and air pressure are roughly adjusted to obtain the desired coating amt. The paste is then applied on a substrate on an XY table 10 from a needle 7, and the table 10 is moved to place the paste under the CCD camera 8, the image of the shape and area of the paste is binarized by a comparator 3, and the image signal is stored in a memory 2.
