Abstract
PURPOSE: To properly adjust water to keep a preset temperature and enable a wide range of capacity control, by providing a heat pump with a compressor possessing a capacity control function which varies the compression capacity by the control signal of a controller. CONSTITUTION: When the capacity required for a heat pump is small, the capacity is made small by throttling the aperture of the valve and lowering the evaporation temperature and reducing the flow of the refrigerant circulating in the heat pump. Since the lowest flow flows by a bypass passage 7b even if the load capacity decreases and the flow regulator 7a of an electric motor driven control valve 7 closes fully by the signal from a controller 8, the lowest pressure is secured. When the load decreases further after this and the water temperature falls under the set lowest limit, capacity control mechanism switching input 1b is inputted by the controller 8, and the capacity control function within a compressor 1 switches, and the aperture of the valve and the evaporation temperature changes, and the output of the heat pump device drops. As a result, the water temperature at the outlet of the detection element 8a varies, but the opening and closing of the electric motor driven control valve 7 is controlled by the controller 8.
