PURPOSE:To make an anti-lock and traction control device in small size and simplify the liquid pressure circuit by furnishing in a cylinder an ALS piston and a TCS piston which are actuated by the accumulator liquid pressure, and by performing control with movement of the two. CONSTITUTION:In an internal cylinder 5, a TCS piston 14 is interposed between an input 3 and an output 4 port, and a gate valve 15 is equipped which opens and closes a valve hole 13. With this gate valve 15 interposed, an ALS piston 16 is installed in such a way as opposed with slidability between the other end of the internal cylinder 5 and the other end of a cylinder 2. According to this constitution, when a control device 56 judges on the basis of signal from a sensor 57 that there is lock, a cut valve 46 is closed and a decay valve 53 opened while a bit valve 54 is held closed. Thereby the liquid pressure in a control liquid pressure chamber 43 is relieved to a reserver 51, and the ALS piston 16 moves toward the TCS piston 14, and then the valve hole 13 is shut by the gate valve 15 to cause drop of the brake pressure. Thus the construction is simplified.
