Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the low-temperature chippability by preparing Zn alloy deposit on a steel plate, preparing a chromate-treated film or a phosphate- treated film thereon, and further a specific organic resin film with a specified thickness thereon. CONSTITUTION:A Zn-alloy deposit is prepared on a steel plate at a density of more than 10g/m<2>, a chromate-treated film or a phosphate-treated film is prepared thereon, and further an organic resin film with a thickness of 0.1-2.0mum is prepared thereon, of which Tg-point is at most 55 deg.C and of which hardness after sintering at the ambient temperature is equivalent to H-2B in pencil hardness. As an organic resin film to be used, an epoxy-type, urethane- type and those mixture can be used regardless types such as water-soluble type, solvent type and others. In such a way, the low-temperature chippability can be remarkably improved by improving the organic resin film ensuring the corrosion resistance.
