Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the simple determination of a process schedule by operating the least common multiple of mounting quantities for every type of workpieces in a pallet mounting memory device and delivering pallets in accordance with the allotment frequency of a pallet order memory device at equal intervals of the multiple. CONSTITUTION:A least common multiple calculation circuit 21 operates the least common multiple of mounting quantities A0 to An-1 for every type of workpieces W0 to Wn-1 in a pallet mounting memory device 14. And the circuit 21 outputs a pallet delivery instruction for every type W of the workpieces, according to the allotment frequency of a pallet order memory device 15 assigned with the mounting quantities of pallets at equal intervals of said least common multiple. According to the aforesaid system, a carriage controller 4 drives a carriage drive device 20 and the pallets are thereby delivered for feed to each NC machine tool. In this way, a process schedule can be simply determined only by calculating the least common multiple of pallet mounting quantities and alloting the quantities as aforementioned.
