Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to improve integration, by utilizing the transition point of normal conduction and superconduction at a Josephson intersection, and utilizing a magnetic field, which is detected by utilizing said transition point. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive coil 5 comprises oxide superconductive ceramics including copper. A thin coupling path 9 comprising the same material is provided between the coil 5 and a lower superconductive coil 8. A weakly coupled Josephson coupling is formed by said parts and an MgO ceramic insulating film 10. When a weak outer magnetic field Hin is generated, a loop current Iin flows only in the loop of a magnetism detecting ring 12 so as to offset the magnetic field from the inductance of the magnetism detecting ring 12. Current does not flow through a magnetism generating ring 13. When the outer magnetic field Hin becomes large and the loop current Iin transfers the Josephson coupling into normal conduction, a current Iout flows through the magnetism generating ring 13, and a magnetic field Hout is generated.
