Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the efficient heat treatment of fine spinning bobbins, by disposing a transferring and loading device for fine spinning bobbins and a plurality of mutually connected heat-treating chambers between fine spinning frames and a winding machine. CONSTITUTION:A transferring and loading device 6 for fine spinning bobbins 23 is disposed at a place near a winding machine 22 in a conveyer line 5, 5' arranged around fine spinning flames 21, 21'. Thereby, the fine spinning bobbins on the conveyer line 5, 5' are transferred and loaded on pegs 30 on the side of heat treating chambers. The pegs 30 on which the fine spinning bobbins 23 are transferred and loaded are sent into a heat treating chamber 1' on a line B by the use of a pusher 8. When a prescribed number of the fine spinning bobbins are received in the heat treating chamber 1', the treating chamber 1' is transferred to a line C and subjected to a heat treatment. Simultaneously, a treating chamber 1 placed on a line A is transferred to the line B. The heat treated spinning bobbins in the treating chamber 1' are sent out and simultaneously untreated spinning bobbins are carried into the treating chamber 1'. These processes are repeated.
