Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the strength and heat resistance of film and dodge the generation of hole appearing phenomena and miniskirt phenomena by a method wherein resin, which is the mixture of non-straight-chain low density polyethylene-based resin and straight-chain low density polyethylene-based resin, is stretched so as to realize specified lengthwise and widthwise contraction rates. CONSTITUTION:Resin composition consisting of resin, which is the mixture of non-straight-chain low density polyethylene-based resin and straight-chain low density polyethylene-based resin, and having the melt tension at 190 deg.C of 9.7-20.0g, is used as film-making raw material so as to obtain stretched film with the thickness of 30-60mum by inflation method in order to obtain the film concerned. The lengthwise contraction rate of the obtained film at 120 deg.C is set to be 56% or less and its widthwise contraction rate at 120 deg.C is set to be within the range of 35-60%. The film with the contraction rates as just mentioned above has the resistance necessary for pallet shrink packaging material. No hole appearing phenomena occurs in said film during the heating process for obtaining a shrink-wrapped body. Further, so-called miniskirt phenomena or rolling-up to a pallet does not develop in said film.
