Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately remove noise such as chattering so as not to apply load to software by inputting a noise removing output and an input signal to be detected including a noise signal to a discrepancy detecting circuit and applying the output of he circuit to the reset input of a counter. CONSTITUTION:When a signal (b) to be detected arrives and an output (c) of a flip flop T-FF is turned to 'L', a reset terminal of a counter COUNT is reset every chattering b1 of the signal (b). When the chattering b1 is removed and an 'H' state is maintained continuously for a prescribed time, the counters of the counter COUNT are counted up until to a prescribed value, the FF-T reverses its output (c) so as to be turned to 'H' and the counting of the COUNT is stopped. At the time of generating the chattering b2 of the signal (b), the counting of the COUNT is started, but the COUNT is reset by the pulse of the successively arriving chattering b2 and the contents of the COUNT can not be counted up until the prescribed value.
