The output and a one-period- delayed output through a delaying circuit 4 are processed with output of a coefficient circuit 7 and a subtracter circuit 6 through a subtracter circuit 5, and becomes a detecting output to remove a direct current component. By using the delaying circuit 11, a Hilbert converting circuit is eliminated and the constitution of an FM detecting device can be simplified.
