CONSTITUTION:A guide way 3 is placed above a seal surface 2 of a flange 1 to form a circle, and fixed by a fixing part 4 through clinging to a stud bolt 5. This guide way 3 is strengthened with a stiffener 6 and is hung by a crane 8 with a hanger 7. And a free number of travelling parts 9 are attached to the guide way 3 to be able to travel freely and loaded with an inspection unit 10 and a grinding unit 11 etc. The unit 10 shown in the figure is equipped with an ITV camera 12 and a lighting device 13 and always can take photos of the seal surface. And also a unit 11 shown in the figure can grind a surface of the seal surface with a grinding roller 14. Moreover, a connector 15 is attached to the guide way 3 and is connected to a controlling device 17 and an image processing device 18 via a cable 16.
