Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately indicate the timing of replacement of a second filter so as to improve the serviceability even if the voltage fluctuates or the fan is installed on site in advance by picking up the pressure from a duct ahead of the filter. CONSTITUTION:In the present clean work table, a differential pressure gauge 7 is installed in a duct B so as to detect the pressure in the resistance curve Rd of the duct B by means of a differential pressure between the leading side pressure of a second filter 5 and the atmospheric pressure, and so, when the detected pressure is indicated, the characteristics of a second fan 6 becomes irrelevant, and the replacement timing of the second filter 5 can be readily determined. As a result, the differential pressure gauge 7 presents a proper indication all the time even if the characteristics of the fan 6 which has been installed at site is different or if the voltage should drop where a same type fan is being used as one which is specified. AccordingIy, the replacement timing of the second filter 5 due to clogging can be accurately indicated.
