Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable easy and reliable uniformization of temperature distribution in an incinerator vessel, by a method wherein an inactive granular solid is formed with fluidization grains with a relatively large grain size and circulation grains with a small grain size, and the upper part of a free board chamber is allowed to communicate with a bed part through a circulation grain circulating pipe in which a cyclone is situated. CONSTITUTION:A bed 39 is formed to the lower part of an incinerator vessel 35 by means of an inactive granular solid 37 formed by silicon oxide, and forms a fluidized bed. The upper part of a free board chamber 41 is allowed to communicate with a bed 39 part, a circulation grain circulating piping 55 in which a cyclone 53 is situated is provided, and circulation grains are circulated through the circulation grain circulating piping 55. The inactive granular solid 37 by which the bed 39 is formed is composed of fluidization grains with a relatively large size and circulation grains with a small grain size, the grain size of the circulation grain is 50-100mum, and the total weight of the circulation grains amount to 10-15% of a total weight of the fluidization grains per an incinerator floor area.
