However, in the past, in this type of panel material, especially in sandwich panel material, the insulation base material to be interposed was made of foamed synthetic resin material, foamed lightweight concrete material, ALC board, etc. due to the so-called fragile composition. It is a material that
Compressive strength, bending strength, etc. are particularly poor unless the surface reinforcing layers on both end faces of the panel are connected with some kind of structure.

In response to these requests, the panel material itself has a certain shape and dimensions, and the entire circumference of the core material is integrally covered with concrete material, etc., and the concrete on the front and rear surfaces are connected in a so-called box shape. This was an attempt to increase the strength of the material.

However, such a method is not suitable when the formed panel material is cut to match the on-site construction, or when a particularly wide panel material is required. It was necessary to pour concrete on both sides of the timber.

The method for forming a panel material according to the present invention has been specially devised in view of the inconveniences in the prior art, and makes it possible to inexpensively provide a panel material with unique strength using an extremely simple method. It also enables on-site cutting of the formed panel material and increases the bending strength on all sides of the panel material.
It has particularly uniform impact resistance and compression properties,
The gist of its structure is that a lightweight core material with communicating holes opened in a truss shape and concrete cast on both sides of the lightweight core material are molded together through the communicating holes while adding vibration, making it lightweight. Based on the point that truss-like beam bones are provided within the core material, the following specific embodiments and considerable design changes accompanying these embodiments are planned.

An example of a typical molding method of the reinforced panel according to the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a foamed synthetic resin, a foamed calcium silicate board, an ALC board,
A core material made of a so-called organic or inorganic foam material such as a foamed concrete board, in which diagonal holes 1a to 1a are opened in a wavy manner from one side of the core material 1 to the other side. A series of holes 1a are formed in a so-called truss shape.

Incidentally, the hole 1a may have a gently curved wave shape, a so-called isosceles triangular shape, or other equivalent shapes, and in either case, the oblique hole 1
A to 1a are opened so that they communicate with each other in a truss-like manner with concrete 2 that will be placed later.

In addition, the holes 1a are opened not only in the left and right directions but also in the front and back directions to compensate for the strength in all directions.

Then, holes 1a to 1 are opened in the core material 1.
a is the hole 1 depending on the thickness and width of the panel planned to be molded.
The opening intervals between a to 1a and the opening width of the holes 1a are made to be different. For example, in the case of a panel with a thickness of 50 mm, the opening intervals are set to be 30 mm and the opening width is approximately 20 mm.

The core material 1 is placed in a formwork 3 in which concrete 2a has been poured in advance, and concrete 2 is further poured to add vibration so that the concrete 2b is completely poured into the hole 1a. Concrete 2c is laminated over the required thickness and width on the surface of the core material 1 as well as the eggplant, and is cured and integrated.

In addition, for the method of placing concrete 2a to 2c, the core material 1 is placed in the formwork 3 leaving a gap corresponding to the concrete 2a, and concrete is poured into this from the surface of the core material 1. It was separately planned to form the concrete 2a, 2b, and 2c at the same time.

In addition, concrete 2 to be poured during the dedication
It was planned that reinforcing fibers such as alkali-resistant glass fibers or carbon fibers would be mixed in for the purpose of further increasing its strength.

That is, the concrete 2b is arranged in a truss-like manner between the concrete plates 2a and 2c, as if it were a beam, and a complete frame is constructed as a structure. This is a panel structure in which a rich core material 1 is interposed.

Therefore, the desired strength is guaranteed on either side of the formed panel material, there is no risk of warping, denting, or cracking in the center of the panel material, and there is no need to cut the panel material arbitrarily. It is possible to use it.
