[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a foundation structure for a building wall, which is constructed by fixing between pillars arranged in parallel and coating the outer surface with a layer of mortar.

Specifically, as shown in FIG.
Lath plates 06... are fixed between each other, lath paper 07 and metal lath net 08 are pasted on the outer surface of the group of lath plates 06, and mortar is applied to the outer surface. layer 0
2 was applied, but with a conventional structure like this,
Not only does it take a lot of effort to construct a lath base to improve the adhesion of the mortar layer, but the base has little to no effect on heat insulation or soundproofing. It is necessary to construct the wall itself with a considerably large wall thickness, and the entire wall tends to be thick and heavy, and
The construction of such a thick mortar layer tends to cause flaking when the mortar is applied to the lath base, and requires advanced technology and skill. There are naturally limits due to problems with the rigidity of the foundation, especially in modern buildings, which require high thermal insulation.
There was a drawback that a sufficient soundproofing effect could not be expected.

The present invention was developed through intensive research in light of these circumstances, and it not only simplifies construction, but also suppresses the increase in thickness and weight of the entire wall, while achieving extremely high thermal insulation and soundproofing performance required for building walls. The purpose is to provide a base structure for building walls that can be constructed with superior performance.

The building wall base structure according to the present invention has rigidity, and
A plate material whose outer surface has fine irregularities to improve adhesion with the mortar layer is sandwiched between a non-mechanical fiber heat insulating sound absorbing material and a phenolic resin foam.
It is characterized in that these three members are polymerized and fixed to each other and integrated.

In other words, by combining the high-frequency sound blocking effect of the rigid plate material and the double sound-absorbing effect of the phenolic resin foam and inorganic fiber insulation and sound-absorbing material against transmitted sound, it is possible to achieve high soundproofing performance despite its thinness. Sufficiently high heat insulation performance can be achieved by using the phenolic resin foam and the inorganic fiber heat-insulating sound absorbing material, which have a sound-absorbing function.

In this way, since the base material itself has excellent soundproofing and heat insulating properties, it is necessary to make the outer mortar layer particularly thick for this purpose, and for thick construction, the lath is essential from the perspective of preventing peeling. This eliminates the need for the use of the conventional structure and simplifies the overall construction compared to the conventional structure described above.

To summarize the above, the base structure for building walls according to the present invention is
The wall construction is simple, and the wall thickness and weight of the entire wall are suppressed as much as possible, while building walls with excellent soundproofing and heat insulation performance can be constructed.

In particular, in the present invention, since phenolic resin foam is used between the board material and the inorganic fiber heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material, it not only has a sound-absorbing effect, but also has waterproof and sound-absorbing properties.
Superior nonflammability and fireproof performance compared to other resin foams.
Moreover, it has the effect of suppressing the generation of toxic gas in the event of a fire, making it even more useful.

That is, a wood wool cement board with a thickness of 7 to 15 mm is an example of a board material 3 that has rigidity and has fine irregularities on its outer surface to improve adhesion with the mortar layer 2; Hard, heat-insulating and sound-absorbing footwear, phenolic resin foam that is also waterproof and nonflammable, and glass that is an example of inorganic fiber heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material 5 and having fire-retardant properties for heat-insulating and sound-absorbing footwear. By polymerizing and fixing the fibers to each other and integrating them, the base of the composite structure as described above is formed into parallel columns 1,
A building wall having a heat-insulating and sound-absorbing air layer 12 between the base and the interior wall 10 by applying a mortar layer 2 to the outer surface of the wood wool cement board 3. It constitutes.

Incidentally, the joint between the adjacent composite structure bases as described above is a butt joint between the notch stepped portions formed in the intermediate wall thickness of the phenolic resin foam 4, as shown in FIG. Also, as shown in FIG. 5, a heat insulator made by surrounding and covering glass fiber 13 with aluminum foil 14 is provided at the joint location.
It is also possible to use a special joint material 15 with high soundproofing and waterproof properties to join the joint. Also, for the manufacture of the base material in which the former notch step butt joining means is adopted, as shown in Fig. 4. , the glass fiber 5 is placed on the bottom surface of the mold 17 having the mold member 16 for forming the cutout stepped portion, and the glass fiber 5 is
By heating and foaming the phenol resin particles with the phenol resin particles placed on top and the wood wool cement board 3 placed thereon, the three materials 5 and 4.3 are bonded at the same time as foaming. , a composite structure base can be manufactured at low cost.

In addition, as an alternative to the wood wool cement board 3, a plywood surface coated with a coating to prevent mortar from adhering well and to provide noncombustibility may also be used. In particular, by using a low-expanding phenolic resin foam as the body 4, its mechanical strength can be increased and deformation such as denting can be suppressed when it is fixed to the column 1.
