Abstract

PURPOSE:To precisely separate the water in a recovered solvent by providing an overflow outlet for solvent between a draining hole and an outlet for organic solvent such that the height of the draining hole and that of the outlet for organic solvent satisfy a specific relationship. CONSTITUTION:A membrane selectively permeating only the organic solvent contained in nonwoven fabrics of polyethylene terephthalate etc., which have undergone water repellent treatments is pleated, to prepare a filter cartridge 4.
