Abstract
PURPOSE:To lower the limitation of a package due to the kind of an IC pin by improving a ratio to eliminate a power source noise and to reduce the num ber of mounting processes or a cost, by using two stages of operational amplifiers in series instead of an out-fitting capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Assuming the voltage values of power sources connected to first and second power source terminals 1 and 4 as VDD and VSS, respectively, and resistance values of resistors 2 and 3 as R2 and R3, all of the DC voltages V0 inputted to the input terminals 10, 11, 16, and 17 of operational amplifiers 13 and 19 go to V0=R3(VDD-VSS)/(R2+R3) based on the characteristic of a negative feedback amplifier. A power source noise voltage vn is superposed on the DC voltage V0, and an alternate noise vn is voltage-divided by the resistors 2 and 3, then, goes to vn'=R2vn/(R2+R3). The vn' is outputted from the operational amplifier 7 directly, and the output 14 of the operational ampli fier 13 goes to the vn', and the output 20 of the amplifier 19 goes to (R9R15-R12 R18)v'/R15(R9+R12). By supplying a condition R12/R9=R15/R18, no power source noise vn is outputted to the output terminal 20 of the operational amplifier 10.
