Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve both strength and elasticity of materials used by bonding liquid crystal polyester resin or its composition including carbon fibers additionally on the outer surface of metallic members having slide rotating sections by means of injection molding. CONSTITUTION:Liquid crystal polyester resin 6 mixed with fluorine rubber and carbon fibers 9 is extruded so as to be bonded on the outer circumferential surface and both end surfaces of a rotor in a cocoon form of a root priming pump by means of injection molding. This constitution eliminates the failure phenomenon caused by layer delamination at the time of broaching with a cutting edge 1, thereby substantially improving both strength and elasticity of materials used.
