Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain cement hardened body having excellent strength and chemical resistance, and stable and good characteristics, by kneading glassy blast- furnace slag having a specified fineness, cement, high efficient water reducing agent and aggregate with water and thereafter, by increasing density. CONSTITUTION:The glassy blast-furnace slag having 8,000-25,000cm<2>/g fineness expressed by Blaine specific surface area, cement, high efficient water reducing agent, aggregate and water are kneaded and thereafter, the density of the mixture is increased by vibrating and press-forming, to obtain the targeted hardened body. The glassy blast-furnace slag superfine powder above-mentioned is preferably produced by crushing with ball mill, roller mill, vibrating mill, etc., by deironing and thereafter, by separating the powder having a fixed Blaine specific surface area with a classifying device.
