Abstract

PURPOSE:To solve problems such as an increase in the size of the device and the scattering of a developer, to enable local temperature control, and to improve the stability of picture quality by utilizing a thermoelectric element which utilizes a semiconductor as both a heat source for heating and a heat source for cooling. CONSTITUTION:This controller is provided with a means 1 which detects the temperature in the image forming device, a control means 2 which compares the internal temperature detected by the means with preset temperature to judge whether or not the detected temperature is proper and outputs its normal/abnormal signal, and a thermocouple element 3 which executes a cooling process or heating process according to the output signal of the control means 2 and utilizes the semiconductor. Namely, this internal temperature control means compares the actual internal temperature of the image forming device with the preset temperature to judge whether or not the temperature is proper and executes the cooling process or heating process by the thermoelectric element 3 according to the normal/abnormal signal based upon the judgement. Consequently, the device is not increased in size and the stability of picture quality is improved.
