Abstract
PURPOSE: To punch the inserted paper without dislocation in a state that the edge parts of the paper are automatically aligned, by providing a paper insertion groove opened upward, and mounting a movable punch rod in such a manner that it crosses the insertion groove. CONSTITUTION: The paper is inserted into an insertion groove 9 to align the edge parts of the paper. A power source switch 12 is turned on in this state, and an electric motor 5 is driven, so that a punch rod 8 is horizontally reciprocated through a speed reducing gear train 6 and a crank 7, and crosses the insertion groove 9 to be inserted into a die 10. By the cooperation of the punch rod 8 and the die 10, a desired hole can be formed on the paper which is inserted into the insertion groove 9, and of which the edge parts are aligned without dislocation.
